Wenshan Wu

I am a PhD student in the Computer Science Department at UMD College Park. My research interests lie in Deep Learning in bioinformatics. I am part of the NCI-UMD partnership program. I work with my advisors Prof. Erin Molloy and Dr. Joe Nguyen on spatial transcriptomics. Prior to my PhD, I completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Science at NTU Singapore where I was primarily advised by Prof. Cuntai Guan.
